No, it is entirely optional. For 49 € per month or 490 € per year, we take care of EU hosting, SSL, backups, domain and your Google listing. Small updates up to 30 minutes per month are included, and we answer within one working day. Without a care plan, your website runs on a host of your choice and you pay their fees directly.
Yes. With a care plan, minor monthly edits are included. Anything beyond that is billed by time: 79 € per hour, invoiced in 30-minute increments. We always give you an estimate beforehand.
